The two-bedroom apartment was spacious. The housekeeping staff changed towels regularly and returned to check if I needed anything. The hotel is connected to the Al Ghurair Mall. I found restaurants and a food court nearby.

The valet service experienced some congestion, with cars occasionally obstructing the entrance.

the apartment was very spacious and clean. it had all necessary appliances like a microwave, washing machine, and refrigerator. the hotel also features a kids play area and a spa in the lobby. al ghurair mall is directly accessible from the hotel, very convenient for shopping.

the gym was sometimes crowded, making it difficult to use specific equipment promptly.

The location was very convenient, close to the metro station. it provided easy access to al ghurair shopping mall. the hotel is in the center and provides easy access to main city attractions. It was perfect!

the air conditioning was substandard it struggled to maintain a comfortable temperature the controls looked outdated i also found the breakfast selection underwhelming it lacked variety and the quality was not what i expect there were limited options. the egg station was often unattended. some dishes were not replenished promptly
